How do customers claim or redeem their reward items?
Once rewards are earned, participants are notified (if enabled). Claims are managed automatically by the system. For product rewards, orders are automatically created; for invites, a unique invite link is generated; for discounts, unique codes are issued; and for credits, balances are applied directly to the participant’s account for future use.
How do I determine who is eligible for a rewards program?
Eligibility is set using the platform’s segmentation engine. You can create audience segments based on donation history, event participation, referrals, lifetime value, achievements, birthdays, uploaded lists, and more. Multiple conditions can be stacked to create highly targeted programs.
